WP4 – Coordination, Exploitation and Dissemination (lead UNIGE)

WP4 aims to establish effective project management and decision-making procedures, to monitor the progress of the project activities versus the pre-defined objectives & milestones.

In T4.1, UNIGE will organise regular project progress meetings (kick-off, 3 months meeting, and final meeting) resolving any problem on the technical and financial sides.

In T4.2, POLIMI will create a H2020 project stakeholder group to disseminate project results and receive feedback on the sCO2 power systems, technical solutions and market opportunities. Specifically for IPR, it remains UNIGE responsibility to propose IPR ownership shares for multi-partner contributions.

In T4.3 UNIFI will lead dissemination activities, targeting open-access channels (selection of conferences – at least 2, publication of open access papers -at least 3, outreach to general public – at least 1 open webinar, specific workshops also to PhD students – atleast 1 course). Project website will be hosted by UNIGE.
